Warranty

Enerjii energising jewellery is covered by a manufacturer's replacement warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from date of retail purchase. Defective products should be returned to the point of purchase with proof of purchase.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Enerjii within the guarantee period, Enerjii will either exchange the product with a new product that is functionally the same as the original product, or refund the purchase price of the product. Any promotional product, such as the FREE 3rd bracelet provided with the "Buy 2 get 1 Free" promotion, may not be returned for any refund.

Proof of purchase

The proof of purchase required for any warranty claims on the Enerjii technology jewelry is as follows:

Enerjii Invoice or Invoice Number
The product insert booklet that is found inside the product box

Time Frame

All requests for a return or refund will be answered within a 48 hour period (business hours). After the initial request an Enerjii representative will contact you for more information and the documents listed above.

Exclusions and limitations

This limited product warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Care Instructions

Your Enerjii jewellery will remain in good condition if you follow these simple instructions. Failure to do so may void your limited warranty:

  • Do not use any chemical cleaners or harsh detergents on your jewellery.
  • Gently clean in warm water with a mild soap and rinse off with warm water. Dry thoroughly after washing.
  • Do not apply perfume, deodorant, sunscreens, makeup or hair spray while wearing the jewellery as this may damage or discolour the finish.
  • Do not wear Enerjii jewellery while swimming in salt water, chlorinated pools or when showering.
  • Do not expose to magnetically sensitive items such as credit cards, audio/video tapes & computer discs.

Shipping Cost

All orders within the USA / Canada have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of USD $4.95.

USD9.95 outside US and Canada UK orders 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 1st class Service shipping charges are £2.50, Euro3.50 for European orders

Shipping Options

USA & Canada: Enerjii uses regular post (United States Post Office) to dispatch for all orders. All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order and received by the customer, up to a maximum of 16 days later (normally around 4-6 days).

UK and Europe: Enerjii uses 1st class post (Royal Mail Postal Service) to dispatch for all orders. All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of placing the order and received by the customer, up to a maximum of 4-5 days later orders (normally around 16 days for European orders).

Shipment Delays

Occasionally, an order may be delayed or back ordered. If a delay or back order occurs, we will notify you via e-mail. You will have the option to cancel delayed items, provided they have not entered the shipping process.
