Enerjii was launched in UK in June 2008 as the brain child of Chris and Monica Bolsover who live near Leeds, Yorkshire.

The Enerjii story starts though in the 1970’s when Chris was involved in the development and marketing of nutrition products. ‘In those days,’ Chris says, ‘the establishment was pretty sceptical about the benefits of preventative medicine.

I was told a poem about a village where the people kept falling off cliffs so the establishment put an ambulance in the valley below to take people to hospital or worse, until someone had the bright idea to put a fence around the cliff’s edge!’

Chris worked in most countries of the world and became fascinated by alternate wellbeing as ideal preventative medicine and life enhancing methods. In 2001 Chris travelled to Korea, Hong Kong, Japan and India and met experts in old and new fields of alternative technologies. He was fascinated by the body’s energy fields and researched various ‘natural energies’ he now calls technologies.

‘I first had the idea of testing these technologies working together. It took a few years to find the most potent combinations that are totally safe and last forever. Monica, my wife and business partner, then thought that for people to use these technologies every day we needed a delivery system that they would enjoy so much, the product would be used every day.

 

We then found a third generation Italian designer, Antonio Rosso, to create beautiful bracelets and necklace designs where we could insert or infuse the technologies. The concept of Fashion and Function was born –meaning Enerjii products not only look great but actually assist with people’s wellbeing.’

The products were field tested all over the world and the feedback and testimonials were so strong that the Bolsovers knew they had a winning product. The technologies working together are Neodymium Magnets (assist with the blood flow, eases pain); Far Infrared (containing health giving rays from the same spectrum as the sun’s health rays); Negative Ions (nature’s good health giving ions you find at the base of a waterfall known to boosts energy and relieves stress). Enerjii also has a copper range that contains these technologies (4 in one product).

Enerjii was launched simultaneously on 3 continents; Europe/North America and Australasia. Enerjii markets via health and jewellery stores, the internet on www.enerjii.com and other sites.

‘We have been on a learning curve on how best to promote our unique products so that people grasp the concept and the value. People instinctively understand the value of magnets and copper but have little knowledge of Negative Ions and Far Infrared. Once they do we have a virtual 100% sales rate to people who take the time to watch our demonstration of the technologies working,’ says Monica, ‘The word got out and we were surprised and elated to be invited to be the only jewellery in the 2010 GRAMMYS goody bags for the A-List Music Stars, then we were asked to be involved in The Super Bowl winners party and then, we could hardly believe the OSCARS goody bags for the movie Stars! Overnight our business has been put on the global map! ’

The Enerjii concept is to be ahead of the trends, better products sooner. ‘My experience in developing nutrition products with the biggest manufacturer in the world helped me understand the weaknesses of current methods of delivery of tablets and pills. When we found that by using oral absorption methods it can be up to 9 times more effective than tablets and pills without the downside of going through the ingestion process and realised that nutrition sprays are the future. The Enerjii Nutrition sprays were launched in UK in March 2009.’

‘We want to take Enerjii products around the world to help people. We also enjoy working with people who want to help create wealth via the marketing of our products.’ says the Bolsovers.

Chris Bolsover

Chris Bolsover

Chris caps a 30-year extensive and successful international corporate career with a new vision for consumer product marketing with Enerjii. Chris has held senior executive positions with major European, Asian and US Corporations, operating in both direct and retail sales in all major global markets. 

Having spent a lifetime developing and launching successful products for major companies such as Amway and Herbalife, Chris searched the world for the perfect niche products for Enerjii.  His discovery in Korea and China of the “mother earth” technologies led to the creation of a range of unique products with a special appeal for online sales, traditional retail outlets and direct sales distribution.

 
Monica Bolsover

Monica Bolsover

Monica has extensive experience in the Financial Services, Health Care and Insurance sectors in senior sales and marketing roles.  She holds a BSC in Mathematics and Statistics, a mini MBA and received from Absa bank an Award for Excellence in Revenue Growth.

Monica’s corporate career in product development, sales leadership, and general marketing equipped her for success in direct selling, where she built large sales organizations with 3 different companies in short time frames. Monica excels in personal development, business training and relationship building and brings her vision, passion and field sales experience to Enerjii.

 
Stuart Esplin

Stuart Esplin

Stuart brings over 30 years of direct marketing, advertising and media experience to Enerjii. Coming from a TV background, where he created acclaimed national TV children's shows in Australia in the ‘70s, Stuart gained experience in advertising with his own creative agency. He held senior executive positions with two major global direct sales multinational companies. A creative writer, photographer and video producer, Stuart put his talents to good use with Enerjii to help shape Chris’ creative vision for the company, launching Enerjii in record time in key online / offline electronic and print media.

 
Sue Esplin

Sue Esplin

Sue brings over 20 years experience in business administration, purchasing & general management in a variety of industries: direct selling; print production; advertising agency management; commercial transport leasing; and law firm data processing management.  She is responsible for the logistics of Enerjii’s global purchasing, printing, currency exchange gateway, accounts, inventory management and financial control systems.

 
Stuart McArthur

Stewart McArthur

Stewart has 30 years experience in direct selling, serving as President of NuSkin Europe, Senior Vice President of Oriflame and Managing Director for Amway Europe. He is known for his vision, goal setting, clear strategic thinking and planning. Stewart has worked in high growth environments and has opened businesses in Eastern Europe, the Americas and the Indian sub continent.

Stewart currently is Vice Chairman of FEDSA - the European Direct Sales Association.

Les has a remarkable and unique career in Advertising and Marketing. He was the Marketing guru for Hannah Barbara, Global Senior Vice President of Marketing for Jenny Craig International and was also a strategic consultant to Mark Hughes of Herbalife International, working on many projects in different parts of the world.

His experience crosses all major marketing areas of traditional brand management, direct response marketing, direct selling and online marketing and he is currently a leading strategic consultant to major US Corporations where he brings his special skills, clear thinking, creativity to assist the planning and growth of those companies.

 
David Hooker

David Hooker

David has 35 years experience working across the full spectrum of the business and corporate world. From working as a door-to-door salesman, to a successful entrepreneur, respected consultant and senior level corporate team player. He has worked with Herbalife, Lifestyles, Natures Sunshine and Regalware in senior sales and training roles.

David is known as ‘The Attitude Adjuster’ and is a well-known author, trainer, world champion motivational speaker, World champion humorist and Canadian TV host.

 
Peter Bell

Peter Bell

Peter started corporate life as a trained Chemist working for Avon in Australia. He then moved on to Amway Australia, Shaklee and Herbalife in sales and sales communication roles. Peter was to become right hand man to Mark Hughes, founder of Herbalife, as Senior Vice President Global Sales Communications.  As with his previous companies Peter was a key part of phenomenal growth.

Retiring and returning to Australia in early 2000, Peter settled down to enjoy his wonderful lifestyle and family whilst doing a little day trading.

 
Javier Gonzalez

Javier Gonzalez

Javier has held positions as Director of IT and subsequently General Manager of a Direct to Consumer Sales Company that marketed global brand named products in America and Europe. He has obtained multiple engineering credentials from Microsoft and Cisco. He later headed product development and distribution for a major US publisher, raising sales to $6M within his first 8 months with the company. Javier is a creative solutions orientated executive who brings a wealth of experience to the global Enerjii business.
